Team Leave Requests
This option is available to managers/approvers onl, unless the Administrator has set permissions for other users so that this area is displayed.
- Open the My Team menu
- Select Team Leave Requests
Submitted Leave
Team Leave Requests defaults to display Submitted Leave for which the user is set to approve.
Viewing Leave Requests
To view requests for an individual team member, click the drop-down arrow:
Alternatively, click to search for the required employee name.
Editing Leave Requests
Click the Edit icon in the Action column.
This will open the leave request details below the table of leave entries:
- If the leave request is changed in any way click Save or Submit, if it has previously been submitted, to retain the changes.
- At the Submitted stage, a leave request may be Approved, Denied, Cancelled or forwarded to another Approver for approval.
- If the leave needs to be reviewed or approved by someone else, click Forward Leave.
This displays a list of the existing workflow approvers - double click or single click and click the Select button to escalate the request to the new approver.
A message will display that an email has been sent to the approver as well as the employee.
The escalated to approver will see a new Employee Task and the Leave Request in Team Leave Requests on their Dashboard and a task in Employee Details > Tasks and Action Items.
The leave request will appear in My Team > Team Leave Requests > Escalated Leave and in Leave Details > Leave Request > Escalated Leave depending on how the user’s Group is configured for that page.
Approved/Cancelled/Denied Leave
- Select the appropriate option from the drop down to view an approved, cancelled, or denied expense requests for the team.
- Click the drop-down arrow to display requests for an individual team member, or click Employee to search for a specific employee name.

It is not possible to edit Cancelled or Denied leave requests.
However, if an Approved leave request has not yet been paid it is possible to Cancel that request as the approver.
Escalated Leave
This lists any leave requests that have been escalated to this user for approval.
